Extraordinary Ministers assist in the distribution of Holy Communion during mass. They also distribute Holy Communion to sick parishioners each Sunday after the 9:30 a.m. Mass. Families with sick family members are asked to prepare a crucifix, a small table covered with white cloth, a lighted candle and a half-full glass of water. Please call church rectory office to arrange for Holy Communion for the Sick

Techas are traditional prayer leaders carefully selected and trained from an early age to lead Chamoru novenas, rosaries and hymns. This special ministry, highly valued by island culture, often is taught from generation to generation within family clans. Techas are often asked to lead traditional prayers in island homes, churches and funerals.
